Our structures are designed to fit most any need your customer might have for outdoor buildings, covers and storage solutions. We manufacture and install exceptional Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings & Structures from high-quality galvanized tubular steel frame components, in spans up to 60′ wide, up to 20' tall, and as long as you need in 5' increments.

Our industry is enormous with billions in sales annually across the nation.

Ready Built Steel is currently growing a South-East Texas network of commissioned-based, independent Dealers who own their own business and currently work (or want to start) as steel buildings & structures Dealers in their local area. Many of which also operate Portable Building Lots or other complimentary businesses as well. Many of us learned this business originally utilizing paper price flyers and manual drawings. Figuring the price on a simple carport wasn’t so difficult, but larger more complex structures often got complicated and generally required assistance from the home office of the factory, IF you could ever get them on the phone or to return an email. Our volume allows us to offer higher deposit / commission rates than most individual dealers have historically received across the industry. We all understand the Walmart phenomenon: buy in high volume, get the best price. Although we aren’t large enough to run "loss leader" programs like some of the largest players do when they want to boost up their pipelines, nor do we pay over-the-top commissions like a few installer start-ups with no insurance, operating from a barn with old beat-up equipment, but we do consistently pay significantly higher than average commissions, especially for larger structures over $25,000 in value! We always strive for a "Win-Win" situation in our commission agreements with our Dealers.

4) TRAINING

Some large companies like Coast to Coast, Eagle, American Steel Carports and Carolina Carports all spent years and huge sums of money setting up thousands of carport dealers across American. Unfortunately, they seemed to have missed the mark in not providing much upfront or ANY ongoing "TRAINING", hoping instead for a few orders here and there to just trickle in. The whole idea was built around the concept of a “side hustle” for businesses in other fields, like a hardware store, used car lot, or nursery business selling a few carports a year on the side. Although unfortunately we haven’t found any financing companies that actually PAY us for sending them business, we have sold MILLIONS in additional structurers by making it simple and easy for our customers to obtain outside funding for their project!

We have a strong relationship with RTO National for no-credit-check, rent-to-own financing on any metal structure up to $20,000. Its available in most states, and the online app is accessible right from the finance tab on our website! Processing is all electronic and the entire process is so easy.

We offer direct financing from the Hearth Network also from our finance tab, with a 3 minute online “soft” application, where up to 20 banks compete to lend money to your customer, to in-turn, buy a building or structure from you!

Additionally, there’s HFS Financial in the menu, also with a quick and easy online App right from our website! HFS has funded hundreds of our clients allowing them to acquire buildings or larger structures than they otherwise might have intended. They help us sell a LOT more buildings! Even better, we don’t need to play banker and get buried in paperwork. Just send the client a link!

We're sorry, but you won’t get this from most carport companies directly. You’ll frankly be lucky if they answer your phone call or return your email at all.

10) TEXAS PROUD

Ready Built Steel is headquartered near the fourth largest city in American, Houston Texas (and the only manufacturer here to our knowledge)! We purposely keep our service area relatively small (roughly 150 radius of Houston, as seen in the following image) for one specific reason. Priority #1 is to ensure the absolute best quality service for you and your customers, and through experience we've learn that's often very difficult to do 100s or 1000s of miles away from the factory. We manufacture Texas-made buildings, for Texas customers of our Texas Dealers! And we do it in a controlled service area that lets us complete ALL jobs quickly, efficiently, and efficiently! Unlike our big competitors, we can usually install most jobs in under 3-4 weeks. By keeping our Service Area within a few hours drive of the factory, we have the ability to quickly correct errors or mistakes, or access materials maybe forgotten or left behind. Short 10' of trim & some screws 800 miles away? What are going to do? We stick close to home to ensure effectiveness in all our operations. We even source 95% of our materials right here in Texas from Texas steel companies! We love our State and its People; and we instill Texas Pride into every building we manufacturer and every installation we do!

NOTE: We WILL travel outside the blue zone for LARGER projects, particularly structures over $25,000.00, or a series of aggregated smaller orders totaling over $25,000.00. We have been known to even travel out of state for large buildings or projects generally over $50,000.00, and we prepare and double-check accordingly when we do. Have a $75,000.00 barndo shell in Midland? We're in! $100,000.00 commercial building in Oklahoma City or Baton Rouge? NO PROBLEM! To be totally honest, we just don't have enough profit margin with our low prices to run out hundreds and hundreds of miles to Ft Stockton, Amarillo, or Brownsville for a single carport. So be fair to us by aggregating orders or focusing on selling larger structures outside of our service zone, and we'll do our best to accommodate!
